Technical Description
This transceiver module incorporates one channel optical signal operating at 1271/1331nm center wavelength with 50Gbaud data rate capability. The transmitter path features an EML Driver and cooled EML combination, while the receiver path utilizes a Pin photodiode detector for optimal signal reception.
A DSP-based gearbox efficiently converts 4x25Gbps NRZ signals to 1x50Gbaud PAM4 signal, with integrated 4-channel retimer and FEC block within the DSP. The electrical interface complies with IEEE 802.3 and QSFP28 MSA specifications, while the optical interface meets IEEE 802.3 and 100G-LR1-10 standards per 100G Lambda MSA requirements.
Engineered to withstand demanding external operating conditions, this module demonstrates exceptional performance across temperature variations, humidity levels, and EMI interference environments.
